Serata Corso Degustazione Sensoriale al Cioccolato
Ristorante Villa Guerrazzi Cecina, venerdì 19 marzo: è stata una serata fantastica !!!
Volevo una serata informale, tra amici (sono fatto così: non amo la seriosità ufficiale degli eventi, preferisco il taglio amichevole).
Qualche amico di vecchia data, alcuni specialisti del settore vino, altri amanti delle cose buone che emozionano, altri ancora desiderosi di intraprendere nuovi percorsi del gusto, eccellenti artisti e grande, grande passione condivisa.
L’interesse è stato palpabile e come già da me manifestato durante la serata, ho ricevuto molti spunti da parte dei presenti, che mi hanno veramente arricchito.
Insomma per farla breve, è stata una di quelle serate magiche che raramente accadono.
Il bello di confrontarsi con le persone !!!!
Molti i commenti e le domande sul mondo cioccolato, le varietà, le zone di coltivazione e relative caratteristiche aromatiche.
Molte richieste di delucidazioni sul perché della denominazione enopraline, della tecnica di costruzione e del principio ispiratore.
Per questo il mio grazie, ai presenti della serata, non sarà mai abbastanza.
